The solution

Each space received complete structured cabling from backbone to endpoints, enterprise-grade switches configured for tenant flexibility, professionally terminated patch panels for easy management, and strategically placed wifi access points covering all usable space. The infrastructure was designed to be tenant-agnostic—robust enough for demanding tech companies but simple enough for professional services firms to activate on day one. Our team coordinated with Allied’s construction schedules, working around other trades to ensure network infrastructure was complete before tenant handoff.
